How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order, just for you. That means there's a short production window before your order ships — typically 3–7 business days to create your piece, plus shipping time on top. Making items to order means less waste and no overstock, which we feel good about.

How long will shipping take after that?
Once your order is made, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. So most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks from the day you order.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand soon — join our email list to be the first to know.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within a few hours of it being placed. If you need to make a change, email us right away at info@speadlovecollective.com and we'll do everything we can — but once an item is in production, we're unable to cancel it.

What's your return policy?
Since every item is printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size — so please check the size chart before you order. We know that's not the most flexible policy, and it's a tradeoff of making items to order rather than holding large inventory that often goes to waste.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
We've got you. If there's a problem with your order — a misprint, a defect, or the wrong item — email us at info@spreadlovecollective.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. We want you to love what you receive.

My package never arrived. What do I do?
Reach out at info@spreadlovecollective.com with your order number and we'll track it down with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll make it right.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. Because our items come in unisex and standard fits, we recommend measuring a shirt you already love and comparing it to the chart for the best fit. When in doubt, sizing up gives a relaxed, cozy feel.

What are your products made of?
Materials are listed on each product page. Most of our tees are soft, breathable cotton or cotton blends, and our hoodies are a midweight cotton-poly fleece. We choose comfortable, durable materials meant to be worn often and last.

How should I care for my items?
To keep your piece (and its design) looking its best: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

A little care keeps your message vivid wash after wash.

Is it true that part of my purchase is donated?
Yes — and it's central to who we are. 10% of our net sales is donated quarterly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

What does "10% of net sales" mean exactly?
Net sales means our total sales minus any refunds, returns, or discounts. We set aside 10% of that amount and donate the full sum to AFSP every quarter. We report our running total on our Impact page so you can always see the difference your purchases make.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No — and we want to be upfront about that. Spread Love Collective, LLC is a for-profit business that donates a portion of its sales, not a charity, so your purchase isn't a tax-deductible donation. But your support still directly funds AFSP's work in research, education, advocacy, and survivor support.
